Windsongs of the Blessed Bay

Performed as part of the prestigious 'Being Human' festival in conjunction with the Research Institute for Arts and Humanities at Swansea University, Clyne Farm hosted 'Windsongs of the Blessed Bay' a mythic play with music and puppetry which explores family, community and heritage from the perspective of a young blind woman, Betrys.

The play is written by award-winning dramatist Professor David Britton, head of creative writing at Swansea University. Members of the cast gave a 30-minute presentation on poetic narrative and music followed by an interactive workshop on ‘creating drama from heritage.’
