In most sports,
mud is a problem, but for a mud assault course it's essential. It is
an obstacle course in the mud. You have to climb over things, jump across
things and.... crawl through mud. It's brilliant! The people who tried
it, loved it.
You
can do it in teams or individually. It doesn't matter if you normally
hate sports because this is different! You don't need to be fit,
you don't need to worry about what you look like because everyone else
is as dirty as you. It's fun falling into mud. One of the main reasons
for finishing the course as quickly as possible is that as soon as you
finish you can have a shower!!!! |
