• Short breaks - both weekend and midweek - are available out of the main school holiday periods.  Our weekend bookings are Friday to Monday which means that even if you leave on Sunday we are not wanting you to vacate in the morning to prepare for the next visitors.  

• One or two night stays are available at seven day notice @ £40 per person per night including continental breakfast basket in cottage.

• Pets – normally one per property at £20.  Horses or ponies at the Keeper’s Cottage and Barn Owl Lodge chargeable at £25 per animal for use of paddock.

• Cot and high chair can be made available for all units (we do not supply cot bedding). and stairgates where required. Please check the most suitable units for cots

• The Dairy, Stables Cottage and Hayloft may be interconnected to provide sleeping units either ten or fourteen people. The Keeper’s Cottage and Barn Owl Lodge interconnect to sleep sixteen

• Activity programmes are available at most times and may be pre-booked.  At most times of the year a half-day taster session is included in the price of week long bookings.

What to bring

• We provide all equipment, towels and bed linen.

• We provide a starter pack which includes washing up liquid, black bin bag, and a toilet roll.  After these initial supplies have been used guests must provide their own.

• Each unit has a gas cooker (electric in Barn Owl Lodge) fridge, microwave, colour television, video, washer/drier or laundry room.

• There are shops locally or in the old fishing village of Mumbles three miles away.

• Swansea is a modern centre that has a famous market with local delicacies on sale such as cockles and laverbread.

• Our self catering cottages comply with the Code of Practice of the Wales Tourist Board.  All properties have been awarded WTB self catering 4 star (except Byron's Barn 3 star).

• Clyne Farm carries out activities with instructors licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority where appropriate and accredited by the British Activity Holiday Association Limited, Wales Trekking and Riding Association and Wales Tourist Board.

 Terms and Conditions

1. Telephone booking held provisionally for 7 days must be confirmed with a non refundable 50% deposit. Up to 31 January the minimum deposit is £50.  After that the full deposit of 50% becomes due.

2. The balance is due no later than six weeks before arrival.

3. You are responsible for full payment unless cancelled in writing more than 28 days before the let was due to 
   start when the deposit will be retained but the balance waived.  If deposits or the full payment is not received 
   by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund of deposit.

4. Clyne Farm has a public liability insurance of £2M.

5. The tenancy is normally on a weekly basis from 5.00 pm on arrival day to 10.00 am on departure day.  In no circumstances may the number of people occupying the property exceed the numbers shown in the details unless agreed in advance in writing.  The property shall be used solely for holiday purposes and the tenant shall not sub-let any part of the property or equipment.

6. Well behaved pets are welcome but under no circumstances may be left unattended in the property.

7. The tenant shall maintain the property at all times in a clean and tidy condition as equipped at the 
   commencement of the let.  Any breakages or excess cleaning shall be charged to the tenant.
