We have plenty of space for tents but
limit our camping numbers at Clyne so it never feels full.
Our campsite overlooks Swansea Bay and has panoramic views yet we are
close to Swansea and the Gower beaches. All Clyne
Farm activities are available to book.
We have been running a campsite as part of our activity
programmes since
1989 but the farm has been used by Scout and Guide groups from the local
area since before the War. Recently we have upgraded the facilities to include:
Showers
- solar powered communal and family rooms
Toilets
Changing rooms,
dedicated family shower rooms for campers
Washing up room in
restored railway wagon with solar powered hot water
A stone barn as an emergency sleep space if you get rained out
Pool table
Table tennis
Horseriding and
activities on site
Vending machines
Reception selling confectionery, drinks, food and milk
Free wi-fi internet access in office building
Safe traffic free camping fields
A
snoring rabbit!
Please note that we do not take
caravans and have limited space in our car park for small camper vans.
Woodland campsite* - beautiful,
complete isolation yet only 300 yards from the main buildings - includes
mains water, rough shelter and fire pit

This is not
somewhere which will tolerate you if you are noisy, drunk or upset other
visitors and our neighbours. We will ask you to
leave
If
you are not prepared to accept these reasonable forms of behaviour then
we can recommend more suitable campsites for you. Under
18 We
do not accept any campers under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a
parent, guardian or responsible person in loco parentis. We
expect this supervision to be at all times.
We
also run wilderness weekends - learn to live off the land on our 80
acres of unspoilt woodland with our bushcraft and survival course and
weekends - perfect for small groups, stag weekends, hen weekends looking
for something different.
*Our
wooded areas are great for those who wish to camp with a touch of
adventure (and mud!) - not for those huge tents with kitchen and tv
rooms and be prepared - you may have to walk to the car!
For that special
occasion why not hire a
tepee/tipi/tipee/wigwam for a great active weekend?
Surf
and Turf - enjoy the Great Gower Outdoors and learn to surf the
Atlantic rollers
